Yes. CNET has good software. I think there’s a suite called Freestudio. Go
to dvdvideosft (dot) com. Be sure to click the prompting window that pops
up when you close the application after downloading to uncheck the “please
install toolbar” crap or you will end up with extra junk in your browser.
Small inconvenience for really good free application imho.

Excellent ..went through both the vids.. and they are like supreme for
treating OCD,anxiety. Everything I have researched and found have some how
been blended into this 15 min meditation.

Just as long as you don’t fall asleep. Like most meditation, the seated
position is suggested to prevent against getting relaxed to the point of
sleep.

You can set it up as a “playlist” on your youtube account and just put both
tracks in that playlist. It will then play them sequentially in the order
you put them.
This is from “The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety” by John
Forsyth and Georg Eifert. Excellent book for people with and without
anxiety. It contains a CD with more mindfulness exercises like this. $14 on
Amazon. I highly recommend it.
