Very relaxing, but you left out the chest, entirely. Many chest muscles,
lungs and heart need to relax, too. Please include these, thanks!
I just completed this mediation for the first time. I have just had
shoulder surgery and feel pain all the time. Now I feel quite relaxed and
shoulder actually feels good. I’ll keep this technique up. Namaste.
