I find trouble in ridding myself of the worry that comes when thinking
about the outside world I.e. an itch. The whole “that’s okay, that’s how it
is right now” thing really helps.
Thank you Jordan. I agree that accepting the thought, or the itch, is
helpful so that the mind doesn’t get distracted by judging. It is so easy
to judge ourselves, which takes us away from the present moment.
