I’ve been trying a few of these and I find I can make myself relax and get
heavy and somewhat “detach” mentally. But a few times once I’m that relaxed
I have muscle twitching. Like an arm or leg that moves dramatically. Why is
that? Plus today I noticed a sudden physical “anxiety” like restless legs
syndrome in my whole body I just had to stop 🙁
Hi Amy, it is a natural occurrence for the ego to want to distract you.
After all, we are relaxing the ‘ego’ so that we can gain insight or speak
with/commune with, other layers of us. Other levels of awareness. This is
the goal with my videos/process’. It’s about expansion, to see more, to be
more, to know you are more than you ‘thought’. As you progress toward a
practice of listening inward or meditation, your ego will attune and in
time will understand it need not… Con’t
Con’t… Distract you… If you find certain physical symptoms arise,
simply tell yourself you are safe and at peace. That there is nothing to
become anxious for and to simply relax once more. As said, in time, all
parts of you will understand, through habit, that you are traveling through
different levels of awareness and you will not have the same difficulties
as in the beginning of your practice. If you are a healthy individual, this
should subside in time. Keep in touch! XX
🙂 We are all blessed, everyday in every way… We only need to acknowledge
our subtle messages, in form of anxiety/restlessness, that seems to plague
our body/mind and Spirit. It’s not for nothing, only to understand that our
energy/actions need to be re-directed at such times. It’s a blessing that
can bring amazing opportunity to set ourselves, our hearts, on the right

off. Finally got to sleep once I found this guided relaxation. It totally

try to stay awake because I love listening to you, I never last very

Lillian. Im having trouble staying asleep. Your voice is as soothing as
your beauty but how can I get away from sleep aids. Ive been putting the
phone under my pillow to listen and it seems as though I fall asleep
relatively fast but a lot of times Im awake in an hour. (phone gets a
little hot too.) Ive used a few of your sessions and am now using Sunset
SILENCING INSOMNIA and will let you know how it works. ( I have to wake up
and reset it. Its worth it I guess if I was waking in 6 hours instead of 1
hour. Your response to my last letter blew me away. I wasn’t expecting
