    I love your guided meditations. I’ve struggled to fall asleep for most of
    my life, and I can’t tell you how satisfying it is to wake up in the
    morning, haven fallen asleep listening to one of your guided meditations
    with my earbuds still in my iPad lost in the blankets, evidence of a rare,
    swiftly achieved deep sleep.

    scenery, and melodic tones working together to give us what the whole world
    is jealous of–peace. In a word, Perfect.

    I’m unable to sleep, even with this because I’m sick and stressed out!! My
    mind won’t calm down, and this usually helps but nope not today, thanks
