This is the best buddhist channel! Thanks for sharing this Video! I was a
very harsh speaker and people used to hate me because of my speech. I am
Hindu, one of my Buddhist friend introduced me to eight noble path and
especially Right Speech. I loved the concept so much that, I started
practicing it regularly and i used the “BuDhamma” mobile app to help me on
this. Now, I speak gentle and my people are very happy with me. Lot of
things I get easily done now and i am much more happy now!
As i see so this is not an itelectual debate but a how to put teachings
into practice. Without following his practice your mind is full of
anger,judgmental like OH.this is the best no,this is scientific,no this is
a glass monk Analyze your comments.Is just as it is,is it?
Well,i can say only one think.This is a real monk from Chiang Mai.

I recognise these practices, and think people misunderstand the background
thank you, i need to work on some but they work when i notice that the
thought are taking over i reming my self, i hope i wont need to do that all
the time.
The Breathing Meditation 1. prepare your enviornment. check posture 2.
close your eyes, relax. 3. Focus on your breath entering and leaving your
body. 4. Count breths one to four. Repeat 5. Dont fight a wandering mind,
but calmly direct it back to the task. 6. Sit still for a minute
afterwards. This way is the only way to build your positive energy which
plays an important role of moments we have to decide to live and heal
ourselves..

I reall like
I feel like this labeling things like “walking”, “falling” sort of takes
away your mind from actual feeling and creates mental distraction from
experience itself. Am i wrong?
Where does sleep walking and activity while under the influence of hypnotic
state fit in with this, consciousness, line of thinking?
