i did regular meditation then i found out more on mindfulness.I was even
sent to a 45 intense day program all about DBT therapy and their i actually
practiced mindfulness breathing.Then i was recommended to read books from a
very great and wise monk named Thich Naht Hanch.In his books i learned more
and more on mindfulness and believe it or not,im actually curing my anxiety
disorder with mindfulness.The more you practice,there more understanding
and wisdom you will receive.
