i think naturally exercise puts you in some sort of meditative state…but
yeah much more beneficial if that is your intention at the beginning and
you are conscious of it 😛 people should just do more exercise anyway!

according to this video i’ve been doing mindful walking meditation for
years haha. i always thought i was just walking and thinking about my
inside and the world surrounding me and trying to put them together.
While I don’t partake in many of these substances I must say that I am
interested in the field and you are enchanting and I would marry you with a
midget dressed as elvis as a reverend while dropping MDMA under a waterfall

Krystle! I can’t find your email, so I hope you read this. This reminded me
of juggling, or object mainpulation generally. This is a hobby of mine. It
reminds me of meditation. I practiced meditation at a buddhist temple. I
practice Zazen(objectless) meditation. Using part of my mind and defocusing
my remaining perception is what I feel during object manipulation, I think
this is what reminds me of Zazen. I am requesting tips or a video about
meditation and object manipulation, please.
You need to get a wireless mic. Meditation is impossible with all the
noise. And at my age, I have a hard time hearing anyway!
Namaste. Awesome video! Questions: When you were talking about mindfulness,
were you leaning more towards calm or insight meditation? Among all
approaches I’ve been trying, walking meditation is probably the
hardest/inefficient one for me. Just too much stimuli.
I know that, it’s in the title. Both this video and my comment are about
meditation and repetitive movement. I was commenting on the considerable
overlap and asking for an elaboration on movement and meditation as it
relates to other patterns of movement. Both my video and comment are about
meditation. I don’t really understand what your point is.

This is similar to the process I use while walking. Beautiful video. It’s
so freeing to focus on the present moment, observing your surroundings. as
well as your emotions. Letting them ebb and flow, like waves on a beach. I
hope you do more videos like this!
