    I have a question for anyone who is willing to help me. I have been
    interested in meditation, opening my third eye, chakras, and more a lot
    latley…but I’ve been having some problems. I’m trying to break old
    habits, swearing, being rude to anyone, speaking loudly, and other things
    such as that. I’m just wondering why it’s so hard trying to make such a
    change, because I really am trying to be a better person all around. I’m
    seeking guidance from anyone, please help. Much love.

    Are you familiar with the pineal gland? This is actually somewhat common.
    What you are experiencing is the decalcification and activation of your
    pineal gland. This is a real gland in the human brain that is active in
    kids but “shut down” as we become adults, it is considered our spiritual or
    subconscious connector. Years of being exposed to lower vibrations and shut
    down this gland and this session is specifically made to activate that
    area. The activation of the gland can cause discomfort

    If anyone is feeling very strange physical sensations and even disillusion
    or illusion, please go back to meditate with your lower chakaras, Many
    strange phenomena you might have experienced after this higher chakras may
    indicate the state of imbalance between higher and lower chakras.

    what wold happen if you knew how to channel chakra but hated life nd tried

    i couldnt quite induce a dream like state because of discomfort, I havent
    fully activated my pineal gland so Im going to keep trying this because its
    challenging
