May we all find refuge in the diamond path left by the lotus feet of the
great ones. Education and compassion is the only way to end ignorance. It
is the most sinful fault to look for the faults in others.
Thank’s !!!
Thank you this was helpful.

thanks!
I just wanted to point out that if someone was having a bad dream, its
nothing more than a force of negative energies to the surface. Now that it
is surfaced, just ….. release it. On another note, I’ve slept to the OM
chant several nights in a row, and it makes me feel great. I just found
this one tonight, and I will experiment with it for about a week. I’ll post
results within that time.

It is very very clear you have no idea what you are talking about. Nor do
you know anything about the meaning of this mantra and where it came from.
Tibetan Lamas are in no way, as you say “extremists”. I have known many.
The only extremist here seems to be yourself. Calling yourself a
Bodhisattva is foolish based on your words here.
Just for truth sake! Meditation is not to induce “sleep”, all methods and
practices of Meditation are for “Awakening the Spirit”! This Mantra is much
older than the Buddha, Prince Siddharta Gautama! It was a “spiritual gift
by Extraterrestrials” to the Rishis in the Himalayas. I am not quite sure
if that was 25000 or 75000 years ago! These extraterrestrial “Travellers
from far away” were called “The Manis”! Buddha himself has used it as well
in his time, so it has been sung along the millenia. Today you hear the
“misleading extremistic version” of Tibetan Lamas, which are themselves a
“shamefull perversion of the original teachings of the Buddha”! Buddha
spoke against all forms of “extremism” “ascetism” “self-torture”!
