This is by far the best guided meditation I’ve ever tried. I did 40 minutes
of it before going to sleep and had the best sleep of my life, then had a
great day after I woke up.

Mark just to let you know Ive been suffering from anxiety 24-7 which caused
in the long run really bad acid reflux. I keep thinking of my breathing as
if I am the one that needs to control it every minute of the day. Ive spent
too much $ on Gastrologist, Dentist, ENTs, Naturalist, ect ect. you name it
ive done it. Today for the first time I tried meditation and glad you were
the one to teach me. I was half way when my wife came in the room and asked
what I was doing. I cant wait to tomorrow to continue and I have faith this
will be the cure and get me back to my normal life as it was once before.

This is one of the most important meditation videos I watch. There is also
a great person behind the voice with an incredibly deep intention to help
people be gentle and accepting to the most important entity that exists;
YOU. He is also HUMAN. If you are starting your journey; it’s easy to get
caught up in the Tolles, Budahs and Moojis. I found them helpful at the
beginning, but my expectations were WAY to high. It is so easy to over
complicate things or over think. Mark will bring you back to “earth”, so to
speak, and will get you to a place of love and acceptance; that’s where you
should probably begin first.If you are “reaching” for enlightenment, you
may get disappointed early. I have read his book three times all the way
through and highlight and tab many areas where I return to read and remind.
It’s every day life stuff you can use NOW that will turn your life around.
I can’t say enough about it. I also take a look at his videos multiple
times a week to get those reminders I need constantly. I have noticed, in
my journey, that it takes consistency and persistence to “level up” into
new patterns and habits that help you to stay healthy, happy and present.
Being from the Silicon Valley, THE most stressful place on earth (look it
up), these skills learned in the book are essential to a balanced life. It
helps dissolve ego/materialism/poor habits/attachments, HOWEVER, it helps
you play the DUAL ROLE needed in TODAY’s society. If you love Tolle and are
trying to live like a Monk in the city, you will go broke and get left
behind (I almost did =). There is a delicate balance you have to play, just
like our universe plays as well. I am happy to find REAL LIFE answers with
Mark’s videos and books.

quickly. I’ve just began meditating and have been doing 30-60mins of
breathe counting (4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold) and usually would nod off
and completely get lost in day dreams before being able to bring myself
back to the count. This was much more focused for me! Thanks for sharing
this! Btw I’m looking to specifically enhance my focus since I’ve got a
terrible case of monkey brain. If you know of any specific meditations or
techniques that you could share I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

for anxiety by using this video as a relaxation tool (almost daily!). Is

I have a pretty bad case of social anxiety and I heard that mindfulness
meditation can somewhat help by keeping you calm and relaxed in ocial
situations… what do you think?
