   I really love this! I happened to come across it looking for sleep/dream
   meditations because I started having nightmares last week after not
   dreaming at all for 3 or 4 years. Your videos have helped me and I’ve used
   them every night since I found them. Thank you!

   wow! i just had the most awesome dream experience i ever had, it was like
   i was there and controlling the events,, unreal and slept a whole 8, hasn’t
   happen in ages, i will do this 1 again definitely :)

   I have a sleep disorder. I try every time to get it under control, but when
   i have one night of bad sleep it just kicks in for another month again. But
   since i discovered your channel it has practically been over. I tried so
   much, sleeping pills, light treatment, sleeping agenda’s, herbs, drinks,
   and all i needed was this. All your video’s help me. Thank you so much!

   Hi Jason as you know I’m going through a trying time and I even have
   medication to help me sleep, but Im having flashbacks every night before I
   try and sleep. Do you have any advice, if it want for your guided
   meditations I don’t think I would ever get to sleep so thanks again. But
   any advice would be great as I just can’t shut down after all these
   statements and court procedures about my childhood x
