I love the long videos. They load just fine on my cell phone using wifi.
Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Awesome video, thanks Jody!
I have tried to lucid dream prob. 15 times and I didnt have one until
yesterday and it was sooooooooooooo awesome thanks
I love you for making these videos. I’ve listened to them every night for
weeks and they always put me out like a light! You’re great!
I <3 your videos, just wondering if you know how to stop negativity from
finding its way into my dreams? I find every time I have a lucid dream its
usually quite frightening, and terrible things are always directed at
me.....any suggestions would be much appreciated!
keep up the good work though Jody, your great at what you do :)
So something happened that nvr happened 2 me b4. My body went heavy and i
could no longer feel it. I felt like i could move my soul around but I
couln’t move it out of my body. Was I close to astral projecting?
Might be a good time…
Wow… It worked.
No matter how hard I try I can’t seem to lucid dream. 🙁 any tips or
I must have fallen asleep in the front room trying to meditate for just
over an hour and I dreamed that I was on the phone with my beautiful ex
girlfriend having a full blown conversation the funny thing was my mum
thought I was on the phone until she walked in and seen me sleep talking
but I was speaking clearly for about 5 mins but when she woke me up it
didn’t feel like I was asleep. Weird video.
I went to sleep but couldn’t recall any dream but woke up feeling different
Like others have mentioned, I’ve got terrible problems with nightmares and
absurd, frightening vivid dreams. Even as a school kid, my friends would
ask what I dreamt last night. As much as it seemed amusing to them, it is
almost making me scared of dreams, which has resulted in strong anxiety
while trying to sleep. I do lucid dream, but it’s always me removing myself
from stressful situations. I’ve developed a way of “swimming” when too
intimidated. If I need to get away quickly, I do backstrokes. This has
worked for me for more than 10 years, but I’m so ready to start enjoying
these things instead of fearing them. Do you guys have any helpful hints
and tips? Also, there is no fear and uneasiness larger than sleep paralysis
if you ask me. Why do you think these things, that should be viewed as
beautiful, have such a negative effect on me? Thankful for any replies as
this will broaden my spectrum.
Thanks for keeping the same voice all the way through.
I’ve been trying to lucid dream and practicing LD techniques for over a
month now. I’ve tried WBTB, DILD, and a number of others. I’m proud to say
I finally had a lucid dream (that I remembered in the morning) from using
this video! I was extremely skeptical at first, but It really worked! Each
time a new dream begain, the first thing that popped into my head was “YOUR
DREAMING!” I don’t think I’ll ever forget this but as soon as I started to
think that it may be a dream, I shot up in the air right next to a tall
building, and that’s how I knew for sure. I didn’t have too much control,
and it didn’t last very long, but I’m extremely excited to try this video
Ok something has to be done with the ads on here, I got woken up at the end
of the video by blasting electronic, thats fucked up.
Any tips on dream recall? I mean I know you should write them down but I’m
not a morning person and I end up forgetting like 90% of my dreams minutes
after waking up
For some reason , i dont want to believe this.
