Thank you!
I have been battling anxiety for 6 years now and even though I am able to
control it, I still have issues to calm down and just relax, I tried
medidating before and it never worked. It is the first time in month that I
am actually feeling relaxed, I am trying not to cry, that’s how happy I
am!! thank you so much for this great video.
You’re able to stop anxiety attack your self, by using an unusual tips and
live your comfortable life
Really helpful. I find that I could do with a meditation now with less
talking, just a little guidance and I’m good
can anxiety cause eye strain?
very “real life” practice – and a nice voice to hear, thanks for this
helpful contribution!!
I can’t believe that I never knew these techniques to get out of my head
before. I still have a long way to go from doing them while still in the
situation I most need the anxiety disconnect however.
Ok, so I am posting this video as I myself experienced some anxious
feelings whilst walking my dog today (related to my mental health), I
wonder if there are any food types that will decrease my anxiety? I found
this video helpful in particular……..oh yeh and something to consider
when you find other people with mental health problems scary, we the people
suffering from poor mental health are more likely to avoid you because were
anxious & scared of you!! #Controloveranxiety #increaseconfidence
#beatstigma
Hello! This is helpfull. Thank you! P.S. I’d like to go a little further
with the 2 selfs.. In one of your videos you said we will experiment more
about them.. Again, thank you!
This is so helpful
I had been having a pretty lazy morning sitting here at the computer doing
not much of anything. I kept thinking that even though it’s my day off I
should get up, take a shower and do something productive. There are so many
things I could be doing I kept thinking. I made a list finally of a few
things to do and got up to take that shower. As I was turning the water on
in the shower I began to feel a dizziness like I had never before. I had to
have one hand on the shower wall the entire time. I got out and then began
to shake and feel nauseous. I kept thinking that I will never get
everything done now that I’m sick. I made it back to the computer, typed in
my symptoms into Google expecting the worse. The topmost diagnosis: acute
stress. I thought surely not. I never get stressed out. So then I thought
well I might as try something to fix this and then found this video on YT,
watched it and followed the instructions. I feel 100 percent better. It’s
remarkable and scary what stress can do to us or rather what we do to
ourselves using stress.
