    thank you so much for this i needed it more then anything because i have
    started to take life seriously at age 20 part of it being quit smoking
    weed. In the past two months i have had very bad withdrawal even my hair
    was falling out but thanks to this it helped me relax.

    Beautiful mediation guys thanks so much. I am loved guarded and safe. A
    close family member is going through a difficult time right now. Would the
    same principle apply if I listened to this meditation and imagined the
    family member protected? With all good intention like distant healing. I

    a werk, every time i do this i feel warm an tinguarly inside. & im quite
