Mindfulness Meditation contains two paths on which you can develop it,
1. Deep concentration as a basis for mindfulness
2. Mindfulness without deep concentration as a base.
Both paths eventually meet at the same point, but to develop our meditation
practice we have to be clear about which path we are taking and what we
want to achieve otherwise we can end up getting nowhere in our practice
