    The high tension sounds are horrible annoyin cant sleep sum1 dont know how
    to make dream music i used to programme sounds & i cud make them far more
    subtle & deep sleeping infact i have got a sound site hav’nt worked on it
    in ages?

    It has been so hard to find good Yoga music! I love the nature sounds but
    the transitions and birds are just so annoying to me. A lot of other
    options just seemed too loud or there was a lot of different instruments
    going on that were high pitched and just didn’t relax me. Thanks so much
    for posting this! The best by far!
