All of these poses/ stretches were fairly easy. Even the ones for the
people who are more flexible, tg’ I’m naturally flexible. The only problem
i couldn’t seem to conquer fully was the half frog one, but i look forward
to achieving that as well. Thanks for the video, by next week I should be
able to do all of these poses with no problem whatsoever

Amazing video, thank you so much! My muscles felt sore and stiff before I
started, so not having to stretch deep or move on quick was really the
perfect approach. I feel much more relaxed and way more flexible 🙂 Will be

Thank you Yogi Nora 🙂 I was doing my home practice today, where i have
really taught myself everything through flow. I started with bikram and
then took that home and started to do flow, interesting my body started to
tell me to go here or go there, and then i’d go on the internet and this
pose i had ‘made up’ had a name and an instructional video. Today, I got
started in a few of these you mentioned – and thought i was going to hurt
myself or something. Then, i just looked for yoga on youtube and you popped
up first! thank you for helping me learn these new poses. love this video!
oh wow! you’re so pleasant and super tolerable! A lot of ‘fitness trainers’
and ‘yoga instructors’ tend to be kind of pushy and annoying but you were
totally a pleasure to stretch with!
every time i do the half frog pose and i bend back my left knee back and
open up like u did. when its time to go in the center right on that left
side where u hinge over with the hips in the crease of that bent area i
feel a horrible pain like my tissue is injured i run alot and do regular
work outs and yoga i have been feeling this pain for a while does anybody
now how to get rid of this pain, its not painful as it use to be but i
still feel that pain everytime i bend that way. even when i do W leg raises
in my abs work out session and i lower that left leg in that hip area it
always sound like the bone is popping back into place. i may have injured
myself but just want help on how to relief this pain

I LOVE you Yogi Nora, you have the most beautiful job in the whole world
and you made me fall in love with yoga!
I really love all of these, however all the talking when i’m trying to
focus on the stretch and be in my own reality is difficult. I guess I
should just remember these and do them with some music.
Meditation and flexible ..yoga
I’ve been doing yoga for a month now and I think that it is the best thing

I did here yoga for about a week now because I used to be a sourpuss, a
cranky-puss, the bad guy, the bad cop, whatever you would call it! But now
I littlerely like I’m an angel in heaven of pease
From min 2:42 to min 3:32 we loose your volume. The demonstration speaks
for itself but we miss any other message you may be sharing with us. By the
way, I love this sequence, it is what a pain ridden body like mine needs.

Very nice stretches 🙂 The only challenging part for me was that when my
calves were bent outside the thigh there was a lot of a stretch in my
ankles. I couldn’t do the second leg back bend because it started to ache.
She talks a lot about being careful with the knees, but my knees had no
issues! Every body is different, I guess!
i love how the video ends while in meditation. i was lying for about 10
minutes before u realized the video ended. absolutely amazing video. have a

Way way WAY too much talking. Yin yoga is supposed to be meditative. A
little instruction and cues when to switch should be enough.
Is this really for everybody? I felt like I might break something in some
of these poses haha; Also what’s with the audio cutting out intermittently?
