Thank you so much for getting me fight anxiety tonight. Nothing was
working. Now maybe I can get some sleep.
My question is I am not afraid of a heart attack when i get a panic attack
i got used to panic attacks,but i am afraid of having a heart disease that
will lead to heart attack,how can i tell if i have a heart disease or i
just have anxiety? Cause these feelings certainly feel like a heart disease
feelings :/ ,not being able to sleep,getting minor chest pains,light headed
,feeling my heart all the time,etc…This is an anxiety problem i think,but
still,it scares me so much , how do i break from it Noah? :/ I will try
this meditation of course but i want to see if you have some advice for me
🙂 !

First I’d like to thank you. I have been watching your videos and reading A
Guide to the present moment. I was desperate the only relief I could get
from social anxiety, anxiety, and depression was guided meditations before
finding your videos. A day or 2 later though, watching your videos and
reading your book, I feel better. The tension is way less. You are doing
the world a tremendous service. I’m getting it slowly, but I’m getting it.
One other thing that helped was using paradoxical intention advocated by
Victor Frankl. It is similar to one comment you made in one video of trying
to not think about an orange, Paradoxical intention is trying to make the
anxiety worse intentionally. I think it is simply a different way of
generating acceptance rather than resistence which takes the energy out of
the thoughts. Thought you might be interested in the technique. Thanks

Hi Noah. This is my favourite of your videos and its helped me so much in
the past few weeks. I’ve been really stressed about school lately and don’t
have many people I could turn to. You’re meditation is so calm and brings
tears to my eyes. By the time the video its over, I don’t want it to end.

This is absolutely effective. I sometimes feel like my life has gotten away
from me and that I’m not in control. I went through a really hurtful
breakup about eight months ago and it still haunts me every day. For a
while at least, I was able to be present in the moment. Noah, do you do

Thank you for this video, recently I’ve been having anxiety and it is new
to me. It normally doesn’t affect me as much as it has been. Its been
giving me physical problems. This video has really helped me relax, and I
will play it again when I am feeling anxiety. It is really great to have
someone here to help me calm down. I believe that things like medication
and stuff doesn’t work for anxiety. I think it all has to do with the mind.
This, to me, proves it in a way. :)

reason. It can be pretty intense there for me.. a well known place i have
always toyed with. Seemed to be a playful place to collide into my brain.

that).. I have been listening to this video as I’m sleeping on a loop and I

Wow I was almost having a full blown panic attack and I did not want to
have to take an Ativan or benzo because I don’t want to rely on a pill to
feel relief. I meditate regularly and that helps me I was anxiety free for
about a year but recently it came back stronger than ever. It’s almost as
if I am in a constant state of panic or worry. I fear having panic attacks
which makes me have them. Sounds dumb but I can’t help it. This video made
me calm down from panic to calm. I thank you for this video it helped me a
lot in this moment of “imagination crisis”
