I really love this meditation. It moves me to know there are such places. I
always receive such wonderful thoughts and suggestions to help in my life
here. I would like to have more time inside the valley. The music played
once I sit down on the bench is inspiring. But the elf touches my hand and
it’s time for me to go too soon. 10 more minutes of that music, more time
to receive information, would be really good. Thank you for all of these.

This was awesome! I understand you have tons of requests coming in, but I’d
love to see an egyptian themed one that takes you back to ancient Egypt and
the pyramids, and leads you to the gods. I can even help with music and the
script since I am both a musician and a writer.

Hi there. It is I, Valteron. I had not been to the valley of the elves for
some time and I had been very oppressed by anxiety recently. I usually do
not try to put into English words what the elves tell me, but this one time
I would like to share it. What they told me is that I am learning what “a
perfect life” means. Perfect does not mean only pleasure or only joy.
Perfect means not lacking in anything. A perfect life is made up of a
proper combination of joy and sorrow, pain and pleasure, anxiety and peace.
If I can accept my anxieties and realize that they are a part of life, they
lose their power to hurt me. “Therefore” the elves told me, “accept that
your life is already perfect.It contains good and bad as every life should.
You simply need to find the right combination.”
I hope I don’t sound too looney with these rantings of mine. Thanks!
This is one of my most favorite meditation. I really appreciate the
cleansing process before you enter the valley. This makes the whole
experience more effective and even adds a healing quality. Thank you very

This video was so relaxing and I felt like I was there. Awesome around
affects that make you feel that your actually there I felt so relaxed and I
have the cold.
I am a person with severe generalized anxiety which sometimes gets so bad
that I flirt with suicidal thoughts to relieve the stress my brain imposes
on me. But when it gets really bad I take refuge in the Lost Valley of the
Elves. I actually DO understand what the elves are saying to me and it is
different every time. I amagine it must be different for each person. But
all I know is that a short visit to the Valley gets me back into sane
thinking. Who knows? You may actually have saved my life on occasion. Thank
you, Honest Guys, for being who you are!

I know I must take alot of time to make middle earth medatations but it is
still very powerful the way you make them I love using the befour I head to
bed is it too much to ask if you could make more in time they are very
awesome medatations
I felt the blue light going through me as went through this meditation.
Wonderful this goes really well with the Angel Meditations through BDevine.
In the Angel meditations it is a golden white light that surrounds the
person as they receive healing and hope. The blue light is a cleansing
